  2. Use 1 tbsp of red chili.

  2. Take yoghurt in a bowl add chili powder, paprika powder, salt,turmeric,shan tikka masala,vinegar, ginger paste mix all them together very well.
  3. Then take the lamb leg in tray and apply all mixture which you prepared....and marinate the lamb for 4 hrs.
  4. Put water for boiling.... When water start making bubble cover the pot. After 1 hr put the steamer stand and then put lamb on it and cover tightly and leave for 2 hrs on low flame... After 2 hrs open the pot. And serve lamb with lemon or nan.
